TRC is a certified, secure, mobile-friendly tax system that allows you to safely submit your tax documents to CPATAX for filing. Once CPATAX receives your tax documents, you’ll get a welcome message in TRC confirming receipt and request for additional information if needed.

How do I register?

Please follow these steps carefully to complete your registration and submit your tax documents:

  1. Fill out the Intake Form on this page.

  2. Click "Continue to TRC Registration" to be redirected to register for your free TRC Account. 

  3. Fill out the fields and scroll through and accept the Terms of Use.

    • This step is required to move forward.

  4. Click "YES" when asked to confirm if this is the correct office.

    • Our Miramar Office is our headquarters.​

  5. Upload your tax documents.

    • You will find a list of required documents at the bottom of this page ​

  6. Click “SUBMIT” to finalize your intake.

Important: Until you click “SUBMIT”, our office cannot view or access your information.

If you are missing documents or unsure what to upload, we still recommend clicking “SUBMIT”. Clicking “SUBMIT”, will allow you to:

  • Access our secure office messaging portal 

  • Able to ask questions directly within TRC

  • Able to save and upload additional documents in the future

Your documents will be reviewed by a Taxpayer Representative, your return prepared and checked for accuracy, then sent to you for review and signature before e-filing with the IRS.

Once you have created your account and filed out all client information the owner of the business, please download this file and upload your documents to the client portal. Clients may also email these documents zipped folders to noah@cpataxcompany.com.
